Unsure of the date of this picture, but this is Navy CAPT (0-6) Dr. Andy Weinberg in the flight suit, he recently passed away. He was activated and went to Japan with 771. A great doctor, a fine officer and a really great guy.

Dr Weinberg was also a widely published medical researcher. His death was a tremendous loss for all mankind.
